Jewishsettlers slashed the tires of 12 Palestinian cars in Lubban al-Sharqiye villagein southern Nablus on Thursday morning.
GhassanDaghlas in charge of Israeli settlement activity in northern West Bank saidthat the settlers also sprayed racist graffiti on the walls of a number ofhouses.
He addedthat the settlers committed their crime in al-Hara al-Tahta suburb in thevillage.
