Kuwait’s Namaa Charity launched on Friday a fundraising campaign on Friday to support Jerusalem and its people.
Head of the charity’s marketing department Abdul-Aziz al-Ibrahim said that “helping the people of Palestine is a religious and moral duty that should be shouldered by the entire humanity in general and the Muslim nation in particular.”
“This campaign has taken place as we sense the magnitude of the serious challenges facing the Aqsa Mosque which has special stature in Muslims’ hearts” al-Ibrahim told Quds Press.
He urged benefactors to hasten to support their vulnerable brothers and sisters on the land of Palestine during the holy month of Ramadan pointing out that donations are received online through the charity’s website:
