A number of French cities witnessed massive demonstrations on Saturday protesting against Israel’s plan to annex Palestinian lands next month.
Hundreds of demonstrators rallied in Paris and the cities of Lyon Strasbourg Saint-Étienne Montpellier and Marseille and expressed their rejection of the Israeli intended move.
The protesters waved Palestine flags and raised banners that read “Free Palestine” “Boycott Israel” and “No to Annexation”.
They also called on the international community to impose sanctions on Israel to force it to backtrack on its plan.
