Senior Hamas official Basem Naim has strongly denounced the US administration for removing the extremist Jewish group “Kahane Kach” from its list of foreign terror organizations.
“The [US administration’s] decision to delist Kach which is responsible for carrying out dozens of terrorist attacks against our people especially the Ibrahimi Mosque massacre and continues to uphold an extremist and terrorist ideology holds it responsible for the terrorism our people are exposed to at the hands of the followers of such groups like the terrorist Itamar Ben-Gvir” Naim said in press remarks on Sunday.
“The decision reflects the double standard policy pursued by the United States of America and its incapacity to be an honest broker in our conflict with the Israeli occupation especially as it still refuses to recognize our people’s basic rights including their right to resist the occupation obtain independence and return” the Hamas official added.
