Renewed Israeli air strikes killed seven Palestinians in the Gaza Strip on Saturday evening including five children.
Medical and local sources told the PIC reporter that six civilians were killed in an Israeli missile attack on Jabaliya in northern Gaza killing five children and a man. They added that the missiles were fired by Israeli military drones.
Hebrew media claimed that the strike liquidated a Palestinian resistance cell.
In Rafah to the south of Gaza a local source told the PIC correspondent that Israeli warplanes fired a number of missiles at a civilian home in the densely-populated Shaut refugee camp killing a citizen and wounding 30 others including women and children.
The Israeli army claimed that the raid targeted a senior commander in the Islamic Jihad’s armed wing.
The Israeli army started a wave of aerial strikes on the Gaza Strip on Friday evening killing 24 citizens including six children and two ladies and wounding 203 others so far in addition to inflicting vast destruction on houses installations and infrastructure.
