The Palestinian Authority (PA) security forces recently arrested two Palestinian citizens and summoned another in the context of their security cooperation with the Israeli occupation state.
In al-Khalil the PA preventive security apparatus kidnapped a few days ago a young man called Suleiman Mohamed with no guilt and summoned ex-detainee Amin as-Sous a teacher who was axed from his job for politically motivated reasons.
The PA intelligence apparatus in Nablus for its part kidnapped a young man called Shadi Hanoun with no reason.
The PA security agencies also refuse to release other internees who have been in detention for days with no legal grounds.
The detainees include university student As’ad Walid Anas al-Hasri and Nafed Shawamreh. The last one has been on hunger strike for about five days in protest at his arbitrary detention.
