Miqdad al-Qawasma the Palestinian prisoner who has been on hunger strike for 43 days was transferred to intensive care unit in Ramle hospital according to his family.
The Israeli HaMoked human rights organization told the family of Miqdad in al-Khalil that the hunger strike caused him deteriorating health conditions after which he was taken to the intensive care unit.
The family is worried about the life of Miqdad due to his worsening health condition after almost a month and half of hunger strike demanding his freedom.
Miqdad was arrested in January 2021 by the IOF and was sentenced to administrative detention for the second time 6 months each which made him go on hunger strike to demand his release.
