A Palestinian man was killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) near Beit Fajjar in Bethlehem south of the West Bank the Palestinian health ministry said Tuesday night.
IOF soldiers gunned down Ammar Shafiq Abu Afifa near the town of Beit Fajar the ministry said.
Afifa was a resident of the Al-Aroub refugee camp north of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
Earlier Tuesday the IOF killed two Palestinians after coming under fire during an arrest raid in the northern West Bank.
An informed source from the camp said that Israeli special forces stormed the Jenin refugee camp at around one o’clock after midnight spread in its alleys and on rooftops of some homes and embarked on opening fire at a number of resistance fighters and citizens.
The two martyrs were laid to rest amid large participation of local residents who chanted anti-occupation slogans.
