A Palestinian youth was shot and wounded near the illegal Jewish settlement of Yitzhar in southern Nablus on Friday afternoon Hebrew media reported.
The 0404 Hebrew website claimed that the young man who was not identified tried to infiltrate into a nearby settlement outpost to carry out a stabbing attack.
It added that a settlement guard fired at the youth in the lower part of his body adding that no one was hurt in the outpost.
The report did not mention the condition of the wounded youth.
