Dozens of Palestinian citizens performed Friday prayer in a protest tent in Abu Dis town east of Occupied Jerusalem.
The protesters voiced support for the hunger-striking prisoners in Israeli jails especially Huthaifa Halabiya and Ismail Khalaf who have been on hunger strike for 54 and 29 days respectively.
Following Friday prayer they roamed the streets of Abu Dis chanting slogans supporting the Palestinian detainees and condemning the aggressive policies waged against them by the Israel Prison Service particularly deliberate medical neglect.
