Hamas representative in Tehran Khaled Qaddumi warned that relocating the US embassy to Occupied Jerusalem would stir up tension in the region.
Speaking in statements posted on Hamas official website Qaddumi said transferring the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Occupied Jerusalem represents a flagrant aggression against one billion and a half Muslims along with the Christians across the globe.
He expressed his Movement’s expectations that US president-elect Donald Trump will only boost his unjustified pro-Israel position.
The Hamas leader further slammed the growing tide of normalization with Israel in the region dubbing it a stumbling block on the road to the liberation of occupied Palestine.
