Residents of Asira al-Qibliya south of Nablus on Saturday evening repelled an attack by a group of Jewish settlers that attacked the outskirts of the village.
Local sources said that the youths of the village confronted the hordes of settlers who were attacking the Al-Harat Al-Fawqa area in Asira Al-Qibliya.
Israeli occupation forces (IOF) came to the area to evacuate the settlers to Yitzhar settlement and to provide them with protection triggering clashes with the citizens.
Asira al-Qibliya is witnessing continuous attacks by IOF and the settlers in addition to continuous attempts to confiscate the lands of citizens and bulldoze their lands to establish roads to connect nearby settlements with each other.
