The Palestinian Authority security services continue to detain the Palestinian activist Suha Jbara for the 57th day in a row despite her worsening health condition.
Jbara’s family told the PIC reporter that Suha’s health is seriously deteriorating and she might die at any moment due to torture and hunger strike.
Jbara was arrested by the Palestinian Authority security forces during a raid on her home in Ramallah. She was accused of collecting and distributing money in “illegal ways” to the families of Palestinian martyrs and prisoners.
