The Israeli occupation forces have tightened military grip on Jenin’s western town of Berkin in the northern West Bank sparking terror in the area.
Reporting from western Jenin a PIC news correspondent said Israeli military vehicles rolled into Berkin at the same time as a flock of warplanes kept hovering over the territory.
A Palestinian young man sustained injuries in clashes that burst out moments after the assault.
Israeli patrols have also ransacked civilian homes while snipers have been caught on the rooftops of local buildings.
Hundreds of Israeli soldiers also cordoned off the main access roads out of and into the town.
The occupation forces seized civilian cars and boarded them to dupe the locals.
Sometime earlier Israeli soldiers stormed Berkin and kidnapped a Palestinian man from the Jarar family.
Another young man was kidnapped by the occupation forces from his workplace near Jenin’s western entrance.
At the same time the Israeli military stormed a park in the area and kidnapped the Palestinian citizen Fuad Jarar.
