Thousands of Palestinians marched on Saturday in the funeral procession of the slain Palestinian protester Jamal Mosleh killed earlier in the day in clashes with the Israeli occupation forces near Gaza borders.
The funeral kicked off from Shuhadaa al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah on way to Mosleh’s home in al-Maghazi refugee camp.

Fatah leader Asaad al-Saftawi mourned Mosleh saying protests in support for Occupied Jerusalem will be upheld across the occupied territories.
For his part Hamas leader Eid Mosleh said Israel’s murder of Mosleh makes part of the preplanned crimes perpetrated by the Israeli soldiers against civilians on Gaza’s border area.
“The Israeli occupation seeks to keep the younger generations aloof from their cause and Jerusalem” he added.

The casualty’s cousin Jamal who was present at the murder scene said: “Every Friday we take to the streets to join the peaceful protests. Shortly before he breathed his last Jamal said: Tell my mother and father to forgive me.”
A bullet shot by the occupation soldiers penetrated Mosleh’s stomach liver and kidney. He was pronounced dead hours afterwards.
