Two Palestinian administrative detainees including the longest have ended on Monday their hunger strike after reaching a deal with the Israeli prison authorities to set them free.
Kayed Fasfous 31 from al-Khalil ended his 131-day hunger strike after reaching a deal to free him on December 14.
Family sources affirmed that Fasfous will remain in hospital till his release due to his critical health situation.
Also on Monday the prisoner Ayyad Hreimi 28 from Bethlehem ended his hunger strike after two months of hunger strike in protest against his illegal administrative detention.
Hreimi reached a deal with Israeli authorities to release him on March 4 2022 after completing his current detention sentence.
Meanwhile the two Palestinian prisoners Hisham Abu Hawash and Luay al-Ashkar have continued their hunger strike for 98 days and 45 days respectively in protest against their administrative detention.
