The two Palestinian prisoners Majed Abu Shamla and Hassan Rabayaa from Jenin declared an open hunger strike in protest against their administrative detention.
Abu Shamla 24 was arrested on January 17 2016 while Rabayaa 31 was detained on Match 31 2016.
Since their arrest they were held in Negev prison without charge or trial.
There are currently six Palestinian hunger strikers in Israeli jails including four administrative detainees.
