Two Palestinian prisoners have been in solitary confinement in Israeli jails for over 100 days according to a Palestinian rights group.
According to the Palestinian Prisoner Society those prisoners are Mohamed Kharwat isolated in Ayalon jail and Hatem al-Qawasmeh isolated in Gilboa jail.
Prisoner Kharwat has been serving four life prison terms since 2002 and prisoner Qawasmeh has been serving similar life jail terms since 2003.
Both of them are being deprived of receiving any visits from relatives or lawyers.
