Political detainee Mohamed Sabah has entered day eight of his open-ended hunger strike in a Palestinian Authority (PA) jail in the West Bank in protest at his detention with no guilt.
Sabah al-Quds University student has been on hunger strike since the moment of his arrest. He is now in Jericho jail according to his family in al-Jalazon refugee camp in Ramallah.
For its part the Islamic Bloc the student wing of Hamas has denounced the PA security forces for illegally detaining student Sabah and called for his immediate release.
