The Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) closed all Gaza crossings and some nearby roads were subsequently closed off over the past week.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) report the shutdown affected 50 patients a day in need of healthcare outside of Gaza including cancer patients.
The report also pointed out that the latest Israeli attack has further delayed the entry of 14 portable x-rays and spare parts.
The report estimates the most urgent health needs to the value of US$ 2 million which include drugs disposables laboratory supplies and fuel for major hospitals.
Israel has launched a three-day aggression on the Gaza Strip starting last Friday evening leaving 47 Palestinian citizens killed and 360 others wounded in addition to vast material damage.
