The Hamas Movement’s political bureau chairman Ismail Haneyya on Friday received a phone call from the Foreign Minister of Iran Hossein Amir-Abdollahian during which the latter voiced President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi’s solidarity with the Palestinian people and resistance.
Amir-Abdollahian hailed the Palestinian people and resistance for their steadfastness while confronting the recent Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
For his part Haneyya thanked the senior Iranian official for the call commending the Islamic Republic’s considerable support for the Palestinian just cause.
Haneyya held Israel accountable for the repercussions of the assassination of Palestinian leaders and citizens affirming that the Palestinian resistance factions are united while confronting the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
