Four Palestinians wounded in IOF shooting in Jenin

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) fired at a worker from Yamoun town west of Jenin while he was heading to his workplace in the 1948 occupied lands on Sunday.

Local sources said that the worker Khaled Nasser Fraihat was shot in his foot by IOF near the Apartheid Wall near Barta’a town southwest of Jenin. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Palestinian workers are always chased by IOF soldiers while trying to access their workplaces in 1948 Occupied Palestine.

In another development eyewitness said that clashes erupted on Sunday morning between young Palestinians in Jenin city and the IOF soldiers that stormed the city.

IOF fired live bullets and tear gas canisters at the youths wounding the child Hassan Turkman with a live bullet in his left foot and the young man Diaa Yusuf by a live bullet in his left foot also while the boy Thamer al-Mahr was wounded with a rubber bullet. They were taken to hospitals in the city for treatment. Others suffered breathing problems according to the sources.

Ibrahim Al-Saadi was injured in his foot and back after IOF patrol deliberately ran over him.

The sources stated that IOF broke into a house in the old city and arrested the ex-prisoner Osama Salah after blowing up the door of the house searching it and tampering with its contents.

Meanwhile IOF arrested a citizen from al-Khalil at dawn Sunday and stormed the town of Beit Ummar north of al-Khalil.

The IOF soldiers stormed the Asida area in Beit Ummar north of al-Khalil and fired sound and gas bombs towards Palestinian homes. Clashes broke out in the area without any injuries being reported.

Eyewitness added that IOF arrested Haitham Al-Sammak 22 from the Bir al-Hummus area in the center of al-Khalil after they raided his home.

Furthermore IOF stormed Tora village and raided several houses searched them and questioned their residents.
