Hamas Movement on Monday denied Israeli allegations that the Movement had built tunnels under the homes of Gazan civilians claiming that the Israeli accusation is part of a psychological war waged by Israeli authorities against Palestinians.
The Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem said in a statement on Monday that Israel’s allegations are meant to justify its aggression against civilians and called on the media not to deal with such lies.
Qasem asked human rights institutions to expose Israeli intentions and plans aiming at targeting Gazan civilians.
Israeli Shin Bet published photos taken by drones and satellites for alleged entrances to two tunnels under residential buildings in Gaza. The Shin Bet also claimed that the tunnels were designed for offering accommodation for fighters and facilitating the transfer of weapons.
