Heads of major Palestinian factions will hold a meeting on Monday with speaker of the Islamic consultative assembly Ali Larijani in the Lebanese capital Beirut.
An informed source told Quds Press on condition of anonymity that Larijani’s program during his visit to Lebanon includes a meeting with heads of Palestinian factions.
Larijani arrived on Sunday in Beirut following a visit to Damascus to hold talks with Lebanese officials.
Such meeting between Larijani and leaders of factions is considered the first of its kind since the US administration announced its pro-Israel peace plan which is known informally as the deal of the century.
