The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday injured two Palestinian youths one of whom in the eye while dispersing protests in al-Khalil City in the West Bank.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a brief statement that a Palestinian youth was rushed to hospital after he was shot in the eye with a rubber-coated metal bullet by the IOF during clashes with protesters.
Another Palestinian was injured in the same protests but no further details were given on his condition.
Violent clashes flared up on Monday between Palestinian youths and IOF soldiers in Bab al-Zawiya area in al-Khalil over the “peace plan” also known as the “deal of the century” announced lately by the US President Donald Trump.
