The National Leadership of the Popular Resistance (an alliance formed by major Palestinian factions in 2020) has called for expanding the popular participation in the confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces across the Palestinian territories.
In a statement released following a meeting held by officials from the factions on Wednesday the National Leadership emphasized the importance of providing every support for the Palestinian cause.
The National Leadership urged the upcoming Arab summit to be held in Algeria to adopt resolutions enforcing the Arab boycott of the Israeli occupation state.
It also called for breaking the international community silence and double standards regarding the occupation state’s crimes against the Palestinian people and for taking swift and concrete steps to prosecute its leaders at the International Criminal Court.
Its statement paid tribute to the Palestinians who were martyred recently during clashes with the occupation forces and hailed the prisoners in Israeli jails for their steadfastness in the face of the attempts aimed at breaking their will.
