The family of prisoner Athal Al-Azzeh 14 organized a rally in front of the Ofer prison west of Ramallah on Tuesday in a show of solidarity with the child.
Palestinian activists besides Al-Azzeh’s family participated in the rally as Al-Azzeh stood trial in the Ofer court.
Al-Azzeh from Bethlehem was arrested on the 15 of April after the Israeli occupation forces summoned him for investigation.
Meanwhile the Lawyers for Justice group called for the release of the child from the Israeli prisons confirming that the Israeli military vehicles intercepted and dragged him for more than half a kilometer while he was heading to his grandfather’s home.
The group confirmed that the child was brutally attacked and beaten during his arrest at the northern entrance to the Bethlehem refugee camp.
