Jewish settlers on Monday attacked a house in Burin village south of Nablus while others stormed the Tersala site in Jaba town south of Jenin.
Local sources said that more than fifty settlers tried to break into the house of the late Umm Ayman Soufan who was called the Guardian of the Mountain.
The villagers headed towards the house expelled the settlers and prevented them from storming it.
The sources pointed out that the settlers’ attack came after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) removed a tent that was erected there for them.
In Jenin security sources said that dozens of settlers armed with batons raided the Tersala site under the protection of the IOF.
Settlers performed Talmudic rituals chanted racist slogans against Arabs and Muslims before leaving the area according to the sources.
