The Hamas Movement has stressed that Al-Aqsa Flood battle is part of the Palestinian people’s long struggle for their land, holy sites and legitimate rights.
This came in a statement released by the Movement on the Palestinian “Land Day,” which is marked on March 30 every year.
“The 48th anniversary of the Land Day takes place this year during the heroic battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, which our patient and steadfast people and our valiant resistance in the Gaza Strip have been fighting for six full months,” Hamas said.
“The souls of the Al-Aqsa Flood martyrs are embracing the souls of our people who were martyred on March 30, 1976, and their pure blood are blending with the blood of the martyrs from the Triangle, Galilee and Negev in our 1948 occupied territories,” Hamas added.
“The historic land of Palestine, including Jerusalem and the Aqsa Mosque, is at the core of our conflict with the Zionist enemy, and there is no way to liberate it except by upholding the option of comprehensive resistance against the Zionist enemy and strengthening the national unity,” the Movement underlined.
