Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya on Sunday met with a number of ambassadors in the Qatari capital Doha.
The meeting was attended by Russian ambassador Nurmakhmad Kholov Turkish ambassador Mehmet Goksu Iranian ambassador Hamid Dehghani-Poudeh and South African ambassador Faizel Moosa in addition to several diplomats.
According to the website of the Hamas Movement Haneyya put the ambassadors in the picture of the latest developments in the Palestinian arena especially with regard to the challenges facing the intended national elections.
The Hamas political chief also highlighted the grave dangers threatening the Palestinian cause and the importance of the resistance option after the negotiation approach proved its failure.
