Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided Al-Far’a refugee camp, south of Tubas city in the West Bank, at dawn Wednesday escorted by military vehicles bulldozing the streets and vandalizing the camp’s infrastructure, leading to the eruption of confrontations between resistance fighters and the IOF.
Local sources reported that dozens of vehicles broke into the camp from Al-Hamra military checkpoint in the northern Jordan Valley.
Later on, a military bulldozer began to bulldoze the streets and sabotage infrastructure in the camp, while resistance fighters from various Palestinian factions confronted the intruding forces, the sources added.
The sounds of violent explosions were heard in the camp as resistance fighters detonated explosive devices planted in the path of the Israeli vehicles.
This incursion comes within the framework of the daily attacks carried out by the IOF in the West Bank, including raid and arrest campaigns ending up with clashes with resistance fighters.
